Saed is a 25-year-old Palestinian climate leader and advocate for sustainable entrepreneurship, with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy. With 24 recognized awards for impactful contributions, he founded Foras Khadra (the world’s first platform sharing sustainable green opportunities) and Furange (which creates eco-friendly fabrics from orange peels), and co-founded AYGVN, a nonprofit organization empowering Arab youth in addressing climate challenges and Kalimat (an Arabic platform for climate science content). He currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator for the Arab Youth Council for Climate Change (AYCCC), a youth-led initiative by the Arab Youth Center (AYC) and the coordinator of the EU Jeel Connect program in Palestine.

Saed has organized major climate-related events, including LCOY Palestine 2024 and RCOY MENA 2024, and even addressed the UN Secretary-General at COP28 as a youth climate leader. He was selected as a speaker at international forums such as the IUCN Leaders Forum 2022, COP28, COP29, MANA RCOY 2023, and MANA CW 2023, championing sustainability and youth engagement on regional and global stages. Previously, he led the IEEE branch at his university, earned the Best Ambassador Award in EMEA 2022 as an IEEE Entrepreneurship Ambassador, and now represents Orange Corners as an Ambassador for his university AAUP.
